Hing has over 30 years of electronic and software design experience in test instrumentation, data-conversion, GPS systems, data storage and data networking. In various roles of R&D management at companies such as Analog Solutions, Trimble Navigation, Terayon, Network Appliance, and Accet Network; Hing often encountered the frustration typically associated with hiring qualified employees. His various ideas of automation to streamline the front-end hiring process led to the formation of Seach411. Hing has numerous startup company experiences throughout his Hi-Tech career. The most recent being Vice President of System Engineering at Accet Network overseeing engineering development and assisted the President at various stages of seed funding for the company. Hing holds a BS EECS degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Francé is one of the pioneer scientists in the revolution of digital electronics. As one of the four lead design engineers to develop the HP35, Hewlett-Packard’s first scientific calculator, he is the recipient of many patents and awards related to his innovative work in digital computation. Francé established Sielox Inc. to develop electronic locks and security devices based on one of his patents and the company was later successfully sold to Checkpoint Systems. Having over 50 years of R&D accomplishments, Francé had taken on key positions in various high-tech companies such as Trimble Navigation and eRide (Seiko/Epson). In his spare time, Francé actively participates in volunteer work with the Slovenian community in the SF Bay Area and had established cooperative relationship with Ljubljana University and Stanford University. Francé received a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford/Ljubljana University.

Cary is a marketing executive with over 30 years in sales and marketing management from the semiconductor, wireless communications, and computer industry. He has directed domestic and international businesses, cultivating a keen sense of customer and market insights, with excellent relationship management skills. He excels at strategic marketing and building alliances, and held key management positions at Microchip, Qualcomm, Intel, and Xerox. Cary holds a BS in Biology and Computer Science, along with an MBA from University of California at Los Angeles.

Lucy is a CPA (Deloitte Alum) with over 30 years of experience in financial management, technical accounting, IPO and follow-on public offerings, SEC reporting, XBRL compliance, mergers and acquisitions, complex stock option accounting, revenue recognition, ERP financial systems implementation, consolidations and foreign currency translations, business processes reengineering, risk management, and IFRS gap analysis.

Wei Chung led the efforts in designing the front end of the Search411 cloud-based app and the mobile device app. Keeping the design simple and streamlined was challenging due to the large amount of data that must be presented while keeping the User Interface intuitive. Wei Chung completed an immersive coding bootcamp in 2015 with honors at Coding Dojo, San Jose and currently working as Senior Software Engineer at Futurewei Technologies.

Brian is a web developer who has experiences creating web applications from front-end to back-end using three different web stacks: PHP (CodeIgniter), MEAN, and Ruby on Rails. He is an alumnus of Coding Dojo, a rigorous and immersive web development bootcamp designed to produce Full Stack Web Developers.

Vanessa is a multi-disciplinary web developer with prior experience making processes more efficient in operations and marketing roles. Freshly graduated from an immersive, full-stack web development bootcamp where she deepened her interest in design and user experience through multiple projects.

Rok Sosič, Ph.D. currently serves as Senior Research Engineer at Stanford University. He is the Vice President of Engineering at SkyGrid, Inc. Dr. Sosič served as Chief Technology Officer of TurboLinux US. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Active Tools Pty Ltd., which he founded. Dr. Sosič was a Lecturer at Griffith University. He served various positions in academia and industry, including Xerox PARC. He has been granted two U.S. patents. He has published numerous academic papers and holds two US patents. Dr. Sosič received B.S. degree and M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
